Peter Engel

Peter Engel grew up in Bairnsdale, following in the footsteps of his father who practised law there from 1932. After completing his Law Degree at the Australian National University, Peter joined his father in partnership in 1965. Over his extensive career, Peter has developed enduring relationships with numerous clients across various areas of law. More recently, he has focused his practice on Wills and Estate Planning, Property Law, Small Business matters, and Elder Law, including Aged Care Law. Peter takes pride in his longstanding commitment to assisting the local community. Outside of his legal work, he has actively participated in community organisations such as Apex, Bairnsdale Racing Club, Bairnsdale Golf Club, and Clifton Waters Village. He has also served as President of the 754 School Council and contributed to the Ski Club of East Gippsland and the East Gippsland Football Tribunal.
