Denise Wright serves as an Associate Director in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation division. With more than 20 years of experience as a litigator, she brings a wealth of expertise to the firm. Before joining us, Denise was an executive lawyer at Bartier Perry Lawyers, where she honed her skills in handling complex legal issues. Her extensive background covers a wide array of disputes, including those related to Australian Consumer Law, the Corporations Act, and matters in building and construction. Denise is well-versed in handling franchising, property and leasing issues, as well as commercial contracts. She has also dealt with cases involving professional negligence and debt recovery, providing strategic and effective solutions for her clients.
