Elise Roberts is the principal of ESR Legal and a practicing lawyer and Notary Public with over 21 years of experience. She holds a law degree from the University of New South Wales and completed her articles in Victoria. Elise is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Migration Institute of Australia. As a Notary Public, her seal is registered with the Supreme Court of New South Wales and recognised by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, as well as various consulates and embassies. Elise provides personal and attentive legal services, with a particular focus on migration law. Her clients include a diverse range of individuals and businesses, from entrepreneurs and companies to retirees seeking to reunite with family overseas. In her capacity as a Notary Public, she assists both businesses and individuals by certifying and witnessing documents required for international transactions, such as property sales outside Australia. Founder of ESR Legal, Elise created her practice to maintain flexibility for her young family, enabling her to accommodate clients’ schedules. She prefers to work with fixed fee arrangements whenever possible, providing clients with clarity and certainty about legal costs upfront.
