Kathy Scheucher, as Principal and Registered Conveyancer, brings over 30 years of expertise in property law to her practice. Her journey in conveyancing began with a decade of valuable experience at legal firms in Adelaide and Melbourne, which paved the way for her to establish her own business in 1994. Kathy's passion lies in handling community and land divisions, along with commercial leases, recognising the significant business growth they facilitate for her clients. Her career is marked by enduring relationships with clients and colleagues, reflecting the trust and satisfaction she consistently delivers. In 2015, Kathy founded Essential Forms & Contracts to address the essential need for expertly prepared contract terms and Vendor Disclosure Statements, integral to the conveyancing process. A resident of a lively household with her husband Eric and their three mini Schnauzers, Kathy's personal life is enriched by time spent with her grandchildren and her interests in music, travel, and piano playing.
