Jamie-lee Carragher

Jamie-Lee Carragher is the Principal and Licensed Conveyancer at Ezystep Conveyancing. Originally from Muswellbrook and raised on the Central Coast from an early age, Jamie-Lee has built a strong career in the property law sector since commencing work in the legal profession in 2001. Over more than a decade working in law firms across Gosford and Newcastle, she developed comprehensive experience in various aspects of law, focusing particularly on property transactions. Jamie-Lee's expertise includes preparing contracts for sale, managing old system title matters, handling family transfers, and facilitating the sale and purchase of residential properties. She completed an Associate Degree in Law at Southern Cross University in 2012, achieving excellent results across all subjects. Driven by a commitment to client service and a passion for her work, Jamie-Lee established Ezystep Conveyancing in 2013, aiming to provide expert conveyancing services on the Central Coast. She opened her first office in East Toukley in 2014, and due to a growing client base and strong word-of-mouth referrals, expanded with a second office in Belmont. Jamie-Lee attributes her success to dedication, a client-focused approach, and the support of a capable team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, shopping, and socialising with friends.
