Qingqing's earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at Neosky Pty Ltd, where she specialised in international business advisory. Additionally, she co-founded Pilotrade International Ltd in China, enhancing its position in the branded products industry. Her entrepreneurial spirit further extends to establishing Neosky Accounting Service Ltd, a well-regarded bookkeeping and tax services company in Hefei, China.
Qingqing holds a Master of Laws from the College of Law Australia, having also completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the same institution.
