Farid Fanaian

Farid Fanaian serves as Principal Solicitor, contributing significant expertise in property, legal, and town planning to the firm. His educational background and extensive experience in property and commercial law ensure clients receive well-rounded and reliable advice. Farid has honed his skills at leading law firms such as Middletons, now K&L Gates, DLA Phillips Fox, which is now DLA Piper, and Morgan Lewis Attorneys, now part of Colin Biggers & Paisley, as well as RMB Lawyers. His diverse experience is further enriched by his work at the boutique investment bank Grant Samuel and the NSW Land and Environment Court, where he assisted under a Judge. Admitted as a solicitor in NSW over a decade ago, Farid’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Law, a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Finance and Electronic Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, as well as Masters degrees in Property Development and Planning.
