Hayley Challender

Hayley Challender joined Farrell Lusher in 2023, bringing a broad range of experience across criminal law, estate litigation, estate planning and administration, medical negligence, and residential conveyancing. Her diverse practice reflects a commitment to guiding clients through complex legal matters with clarity and confidence. From July 2017 to October 2021, Hayley served as a Legal Officer and Solicitor at the Coroner’s Court of Victoria, where she gained valuable exposure to inquisitorial procedure and the nuances of medico-legal issues. Prior to this, she worked as a Clerk at the Coroner’s Court of New South Wales while completing her law honours thesis. These early roles allowed her to work closely with leading Legal Counsel, fostering a strong foundation in litigation and advocacy. Away from her legal career, Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband at her family’s farm or visiting loved ones. She also values quieter moments at home, sharing her space with a lively group of pets and enjoying a good book.
