Karen Choice

Karen has been involved in conveyancing since 1988, beginning her career as a junior conveyancing secretary at a mid-sized law firm in Wollongong, NSW. In 1994, she took on the role of managing the Conveyancing Department at a mid-sized firm in Sydney’s CBD, where she spent six years developing extensive experience in both domestic and commercial conveyancing, as well as strata subdivision. Between 1995 and 1998, Karen completed an Associate Degree of Law at Southern Cross University, Lismore, graduating in 1999. She was first licensed as a conveyancer in 2000 while working at a large law firm in St Marys, NSW, focusing on deepening her understanding of local property matters and regional issues. In 2002, Karen established First Choice Conveyancing, balancing the responsibilities of motherhood with her professional ambitions. Since then, the firm has been committed to delivering quality conveyancing services tailored to clients’ needs, offering personalised solutions at realistic costs.
