Brittany Willis

Brittany Willis is a dynamic member of our team, having joined in mid-2020 as a paralegal before being admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2023. Since then, she has consistently demonstrated a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to her legal work, drawing on her diverse background in litigation support across multiple Australian jurisdictions, most notably New South Wales. Brittany's exposure to a wide range of legal issues during her time in litigation support has equipped her with valuable insight, aiding her in navigating complex legal matters with ease. At present, Brittany primarily focuses her practice on property law, where she adeptly manages conveyancing, leases, and subdivisions, ensuring each client's needs are met with precision and care. She extends her expertise to assist clients in wills and estates matters, including addressing family provision claims. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Graduate Diploma of Law in Legal Practice, reflecting her comprehensive legal education and commitment to her field. Outside the office, Brittany dedicates her time to caring for her rescue dog, who keeps her actively engaged and ever alert.
