Theo Fleming

Theo Fleming is a principal lawyer with over 45 years of experience across a broad range of legal areas, including business law, property law, wills and estates. He has extensive courtroom experience, regularly representing clients in the Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates Courts, and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). Throughout his career, Theo has developed a reputation for providing practical, cost-effective legal solutions tailored to his clients’ needs. His approach reflects a deep understanding of the law combined with a focus on achieving results that make sense from both a legal and commercial perspective. Theo’s broad experience includes advising on the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial and retail leases, franchise arrangements, and the drafting of wills, powers of attorney and related documents. He also assists clients with disputes concerning deceased estates and matters involving the purchase and sale of rent rolls.
