Denise McCarthy

Denise McCarthy is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in court advocacy across criminal, civil and traffic law matters. Admitted to practice in 1992, Denise has built a reputation for meticulous preparation and a results-driven approach. Her ability to thoroughly understand each client's unique situation enables her to achieve favourable outcomes in court. Before returning to private practice, Denise shared her expertise as an associate lecturer in commercial and consumer law at Sydney University for six years, demonstrating her deep knowledge of legal principles and commitment to legal education. Denise prioritises clear communication and will explain court processes in straightforward terms, ensuring clients feel informed and confident throughout their legal journey. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (1991), a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (1991) and was admitted to the Supreme Court in 1992. Denise is a member of the NSW Law Society.
