Anna Cheng

Anna is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. She holds a Bachelor of International Studies and a Juris Doctor at Macquarie University. Anna practices in the firms’ commercial, property and estate division, with a focus on commercial contracts, conveyancing, commercial leases and estate planning. Prior to joining Fox & Staniland Lawyers, Anna gained experience in legal and commercial property positions in small to medium enterprises, international enterprises and a not for profit organisation. Anna's experience includes: • Acted on the sale and purchase settlements with purchase prices exceeding 10 million. • Acted for developers in the acquisition, development, and sale of residential high-rise off the plan. • Dealing and assisting with the preparation, lodgment and execution of positive convenants, restrictions on use of land, easements and consolidation of by-laws.
