Nicole is a Senior Associate in Fox & Staniland’s Property, Commercial and Estates division, advising individuals, businesses and investors across a broad range of property and commercial matters. Nicole’s practice encompasses a broad range of real property matters including the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial property, off-the-plan development projects, put and call option arrangements, leases, mortgages and other dealings affecting land. She also assists clients with estate planning, including the preparation and review of wills, powers of attorney and related succession planning documents. Known for her excellent customer service skills, Nicole is committed to providing clear, considered advice and achieving practical outcomes for her clients, with a particular focus on making complex legal and commercial matters straightforward and manageable.
