Mark Frampton

Mark Frampton is an accomplished barrister with a distinguished legal career that began as an Associate to Supreme Court Judge, Sir George Kneipp KBE. In 1987, after his admission as a lawyer, Mark took on the role of Crown Prosecutor with the Office of the Director of Prosecutions, where he honed his skills in trial work. By 1989, he had opened his chambers as a private barrister, focusing on criminal defence work and civil litigation. His career path shifted in 1995 when he transitioned to practice as a solicitor, engaging in civil, injury, and insurance litigation, and gained recognition as a trusted legal advisor for Coles Myer Ltd. In 1997, Mark moved to the Gold Coast and became a partner at Primrose Couper Cronin Rudkin Lawyers. His expertise was further acknowledged during his tenure as Special Counsel at Minter Ellison Lawyers and McDonald Balanda Lawyers.
