Kim Lendich

Kim Lendich is a highly respected Senior Counsel with a comprehensive practice encompassing commercial, consumer law, and torts litigation. Kim’s expertise lies primarily in managing complex commercial disputes within superior courts, though appearances in various other courts and tribunals are also undertaken with distinction. Before taking silk, Kim honed legal acumen at both national and international law firms. A pivotal figure in advocacy training, Kim regularly contributes as an instructor with the Australian Bar Association, and has played an instrumental role as a director of WA Bar Chambers Ltd since 2012. Kim boasts a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia, completed in 1999. Over a robust legal career, Kim has developed significant expertise in areas such as alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation, as well as appellate matters, building and construction law, consumer protection, and numerous aspects of commercial law including corporate insolvency and contractual disputes.
