Will Winton is a dedicated solicitor admitted in 2022 with a pronounced focus on Family Law. A graduate of the Queensland University of Technology, Will earned his dual degree in Law and Business in 2021. His journey into Family Law began early as a student volunteer at a community legal centre, where he was instrumental in supporting domestic violence cases. Following graduation, Will honed his skills at a boutique family law firm, working alongside a highly regarded Family Law expert. This invaluable mentorship guided him through the complexities of property and parenting matters. In pursuit of broadening his legal knowledge, Will also ventured into property, succession, and commercial law. These diverse experiences enable him to provide well-rounded, practical solutions to his clients while offering the emotional support necessary during challenging times. In his career, Will has been involved in various legal roles, progressing from a legal assistant at Feeney Family Law to a full-fledged solicitor at firms including Big Law and Creevey Horrell Lawyers. His experience covers negotiations, mediations, and courtroom proceedings, significantly contributing to his current practice back in Family Law.
