Gavin Mills

Gavin Mills serves as the Practice Director at GC Law, bringing a wealth of experience to his role. His legal career commenced in 1986 when he started as an Articled Clerk. He achieved his Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology in 1992, the same year he was admitted as a solicitor to both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, as well as the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Gavin has distinguished himself in the legal community, being named a Doyles Guide Recommended Work Injury Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff) for multiple years, including 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2025. He also earned recognition as a Recommended Public Liability Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff) for 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025. His professional journey includes an extensive tenure at Attwood Marshall Lawyers, where he served as a partner for over 25 years before joining GC Law in 2011. Based in Robina Town Centre, Queensland, Gavin continues to lead with dedication and expertise, having been a part of the firm for more than a decade. His commitment to his clients and the field of law is evident in his continued contributions and leadership within the legal industry.
