Grace is known for designing solutions that avoid litigation when possible, relying on successful litigation outcomes when necessary, with the support of the GEA Commercial Team and guidance from senior legal professionals. A key strength of Grace's practice is her ability to quickly and efficiently address complex legal matters. Currently, she primarily serves in an advisory capacity to the GEA team leaders and dedicates her skills to the governance and policy direction of GEA Lawyers. Her legal career began in 1998, with a focus on Migration Law and Administrative Appeals Tribunal matters, and she has substantial experience working with high-net-worth individuals from the People's Republic of China and the Greater China Region. Grace passionately volunteers with various Chinese communities and charities, offering support and pro-bono legal assistance. Before founding GEA, she worked as a Sole Practitioner in Migration Law in Sydney for nearly a decade before joining Sydney of City Lawyers in 2009. She served there for five years before establishing GEA Lawyers in Chatswood in 2014. Grace is proficient in four Chinese languages and dialects, enhancing her ability to assist a diverse clientele.
