Stephanie Mawby

Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law LLB, BCrim GDLP Stephanie is an Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law with the Law Institute of Victoria. With extensive experience, she has practiced exclusively in Criminal Law since 2014. Stephanie regularly appears as a solicitor-advocate in court, handling a wide range of criminal cases across all jurisdictions, including the Magistrates’, County, Supreme, and Children’s Courts of Victoria. She has represented clients charged with offences such as commercial drug trafficking and cultivation, fraud, firearm offences, culpable driving, homicide, assault, and serious sex crimes. Dedicated to delivering the highest standard of legal representation, Stephanie is a skilled advocate who works diligently to secure the best possible outcomes for her clients. Stephanie holds a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology from Deakin University, Geelong. After completing her degrees, she earned a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Since 2022, Stephanie has worked as a Casual Academic at Deakin University.
