Rod Genders is a distinguished senior lawyer and Managing Director of Genders and Partners, a renowned law firm established in 1848 in South Australia. With over four decades of dedicated practice, Rod specialises in Wills and Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Trusts and Guardianship, and Inheritance Claims and Contested Estates. His extensive experience includes acting as counsel or consultant to more than 50 firms nationwide. Rod holds the record for the highest personal injury award in South Australia and has contributed significantly to some of the largest personal injury claims in Australia's history.
