Michael Kelly

Michael is an experienced solicitor admitted to practice in 2006, holding dual degrees in Laws and Commerce from the University of Queensland. His extensive career has spanned across Brisbane and London, where he has honed his expertise in diverse areas, including banking, structured finance, and commercial litigation. Demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development, Michael recently completed a Masters of Applied Law, with a focus on wills, estates, and estate planning, through the College of Law. In July 2019, Michael established Generations Law, driven by a desire to provide accessible and high-quality estate planning services. Through his firm, he seeks to demystify the legal process for individuals who may not typically engage a solicitor, ensuring that they receive tailored guidance that meets their specific needs.
