Sharon Chai is the Legal Practice Director and Solicitor at Genesis Legal. She graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2010 and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2011, leading to her admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland. With over 12 years of experience in property and commercial law, Sharon has cultivated a robust foundation in legal practice, beginning with her undergraduate studies. Her expertise lies in navigating the complexities of property law, where she skilfully addresses the legal issues affecting everyday individuals. Sharon’s dedication to precision and detail ensures that her clients receive personalised legal solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated excellent customer service skills and adaptability, handling interactions with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively. Sharon's multilingual abilities further enhance her capacity to manage challenging client interactions. Sharon's professional journey includes significant tenures at Charter Conveyancing and Davellin Lawyers, where she focused on property and commercial law along with real estate transactions. Since March 2019, she has been leading Genesis Legal, contributing her strategic insight and legal acumen to the firm’s ongoing success. Outside of her professional life, Sharon enjoys travelling, cherishing overseas trips with her family as some of her most treasured memories.
