Lance Scott is a distinguished lawyer and registered Trade Marks attorney, renowned for his expertise in the protection and management of trade marks and brands. With over 25 years of legal experience across Australia, New Zealand, and London, Lance has adeptly handled various aspects of intellectual property, including contentious matters and commercialisation. As a Public Notary, his credentials are further complemented by his contributions to the International Trade Marks Association as a chair of the Asia-Pacific, Latin America & Africa subcommittee on Dilution & Well Known Marks. His leadership extends to serving on committees of the Licensing Executives Society in both New South Wales and Victoria.
