Rajaneesh Shah

Rajaneesh Shah is a dedicated lawyer with extensive experience in Australian immigration law, having dedicated over a decade to assisting clients navigate the complexities of visa applications. A graduate of Victoria University with a Bachelor of Laws, he further honed his legal expertise with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. He is admitted to practise in both the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria. Rajaneesh has developed a comprehensive understanding of a broad spectrum of visa categories, including skilled visas, employer-sponsored visas, Designated Area Migration Agreements (DAMA), work visas, training visas, student visas, tourist visas, partner visas, child visas, and parent visas.
