Graeme McDonald

Graeme McDonald is a partner at the firm with extensive experience in family law. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1991, having been involved in the legal profession since 1982. Throughout his career, Graeme has focused on matters relating to family law, including property settlements and children’s issues. He strives to resolve disputes efficiently, aiming to minimise delays and unnecessary legal expenses for his clients. In addition to family law, Graeme has a wide-ranging background that includes conveyancing, wills, estates and general litigation, providing a well-rounded legal perspective. Graeme has held leadership roles such as President of the Newcastle Law Society and Assistant Treasurer for the Hunter Valley Family Law Practitioners Association. He remains an active member of the NSW and Newcastle Law Societies, the Hunter Valley Family Law Practitioners Association, and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Outside his professional life, Graeme is passionate about his family and tennis, maintaining a competitive playing career that spans more than 30 years.
