James Argiris

James Argiris has been practising law since 1978 and has been a partner at the firm since 1985. Throughout his career, James has developed extensive experience across a broad range of legal areas, including residential and commercial conveyancing, business purchases and sales, leasing matters, commercial litigation, court appearances, criminal law, and Wills and Estates. James is known for building strong relationships with his clients, who value his practical advice aimed at resolving legal issues promptly and cost-effectively. He works closely with a dedicated and experienced support team to ensure efficient and effective outcomes. Beyond his legal practice, James has contributed to the profession as a past treasurer of the Newcastle Law Society and serves as an Honorary Solicitor for several community organisations. He has also held the role of Notary Public since 2006. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, playing guitar, and travelling.
