Timothy Morton

Timothy joined Glass Goodwin as a consultant in 2024, bringing a deep passion and extensive expertise in estates law. He serves clients in New South Wales and the ACT and has also represented clients in estates matters across Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia. Admitted as a solicitor in 2011, Timothy holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) with a major in Wills and Estates. He has been an active member of the Elder Law and Succession Committee of the ACT Law Society since 2014 and has served as co-chair of the committee since 2024. A regular presenter at Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events, Timothy has organised the ACT Law Society’s annual Wills and Estates Conference since 2018. He has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a pre-eminent practitioner in Wills and Estate Planning in 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022, and has been acknowledged as a leading practitioner in Estate Litigation every year since 2017.
