
Kate McGill, Principal at Glasson Gemmell & McGill, is a seasoned legal practitioner with extensive experience cultivated over nearly three decades. After graduating from the University of Technology Sydney with degrees in Arts and Law, she was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 1998. Her early career included enriching stints at prestigious London firms, Fox Williams and Watson, Farley & Williams, where she honed her skills in diverse commercial legal matters. During her time in the UK, she also qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Upon returning to Australia in 2000, Kate joined Glasson Gemmell & McGill as an Associate. Her dedication and legal acumen saw her rise through the ranks, becoming a Senior Associate, and from July 2009, a Partner. Kate has developed a breadth of expertise in property development and conveyancing, focusing on company title conversions to strata title, as well as commercial and business law. Her practice areas include partnerships, companies and trusts, employment law, probate and administration, and wills and deceased estates. Apart from her legal practice, Kate has contributed as a Non-Executive Director at Norwood Park Limited. Her leadership extends beyond her professional achievements, as she balances a fulfilling family life with her husband, Sean Keleher, also a Sydney solicitor, and their three children.
