
Rebecca Goldman is a distinguished partner with over 25 years of dedicated experience in family law. Her career is marked by a strong reputation for skill, empathy, and a results-driven approach. Rebecca’s practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including parenting, property, child support, and international matters. She has significant expertise in handling complex parenting cases involving family violence, education disputes, interstate and international relocations, and international child abduction. Rebecca is adept at navigating intricate property matters, dealing with complex corporate structures, third-party interests, and subpoena disputes. Her experience extends to advising overseas clients on child support disputes. Renowned for her negotiation prowess, she effectively achieves resolutions either through settlement or litigation before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Her career began after obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University, with admission to practice in 1998. Following roles at notable firms including Middletons, Kliger Partners, and KCL Law, she co-founded Goldman Clark. Prior to this, Rebecca gained invaluable experience as a principal solicitor and as a Senior Associate at Taussig Cherrie Fildes. Additionally, her international perspective was enriched by her tenure as a Consular Assistant at the British Embassy in Tel Aviv. As a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, Rebecca continues to be recognised for her clear advice, responsiveness, and commitment to achieving favourable outcomes for her clients.
