With a decade of experience as a solicitor, Matthew has developed expertise across several key areas of law. In Employment Law, he advises both employers and employees, handling matters ranging from strategic advice to representation in contentious proceedings. Matthew’s approach is informed by a deep understanding of workplace relations and employment legislation, which helps clients navigate complex disputes effectively. Matthew began his legal career in Family Law and continues to support clients through often challenging family disputes. He assists in resolving issues amicably where possible, and is prepared to advocate for clients in court when necessary. His experience extends to Commercial Law, where he has represented clients in both litigious and non-litigious matters. His work includes advising on franchising arrangements, addressing issues related to misleading conduct in trade, handling construction disputes, and managing contract disagreements. He has appeared before both Federal and State courts and tribunals across New South Wales and Queensland.
