Greg Stilianou

Greg Stilianou serves as the principal lawyer at GS Legal, a position he has held since 2019. Following his admission as a legal practitioner on 26 August 2005, Greg has dedicated his career to the field of land and property law. His extensive experience spans private practice, government roles, and in-house corporate positions. Notably, Greg practised as a senior lawyer for the Registrar-General at Land and Property Information for over a decade, followed by a senior role with NSW Land Registry Services. In 2019, Greg founded GS Legal, driven by a desire to share his considerable insights and expertise with private clients. He is renowned for his comprehensive knowledge of land law, having authored the widely referenced book "Land Titling Law and Practice in NSW", recognised by many universities and the Law Society of NSW's accreditation programmes. His contributions to the Thomson Reuters subscription services, including the "Land Titles Office Practice" and the "Conveyancing Manual NSW", cement his status as a thought leader in the field. Greg is committed to practical and accurate legal advice, leveraging his experience to address complex land dealings. His consultancy work includes offering strategic counsel and due diligence, ensuring clients navigate the intricacies of land registration efficiently. Additionally, Greg actively contributes to the legal community as a lecturer at The College of Law, where he shares his passion for educating future practitioners.
