Simon Grover

Simon Grover is the Principal Solicitor with a comprehensive background in family law, regularly representing clients in matters such as child relocation, complex property disputes, and high-conflict parenting cases. He is known for his thorough and meticulous approach and appears frequently in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Simon has practised across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, collaborating with both senior and junior counsel to ensure clients receive well-informed advice and strong representation. He is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, and a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law New South Wales. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, alongside a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and a Master of Laws (Applied Law) in Family Law from the College of Law New South Wales. In addition to family law, Simon has substantial experience in criminal defence, handling serious indictable offences as well as summary offences. He also practices in wills and estate law and conveyancing, offering clients a broad range of legal services. Simon’s ability to support clients during difficult times is strengthened by his background as a Commissioned Officer in the Australian Army Reserve and his involvement in the emergency services sector. Outside of his legal career, Simon has represented New South Wales and Australia in amateur sports and is a passionate advocate for junior rugby league and junior rugby union.
