Before founding H Litigation, Kelly honed her skills in various esteemed roles. She served as Special Counsel at Agility Law Group and was a Legal Practice Director at Hounsell Biddles Litigation Lawyers, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's strategic vision. Her tenure at Paladin Legal saw her advance from Associate to Senior Associate, reflecting her dedication and capability. Kelly's early career included significant roles at K&L Gates and Rostron Carlyle Solicitors, where she applied her legal prowess across various facets of law. Kelly's educational foundation is impressive, holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University.
