Matt Gent serves as a Director, bringing over two decades of experience in commercial and property law, as well as estate planning. Holding a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, Matt is dedicated to achieving fair and reasonable outcomes for his clients. His approach is grounded in strategic thinking and a deep understanding of legal intricacies, ensuring that clients benefit from his thorough preparation of documentation. This includes joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, buy/sell agreements, trusts, share and asset sale agreements, leases, land development documentation, and comprehensive estate planning materials such as wills, powers of attorney, and advance health directives.

He began his legal career with Mony de Kerloy Barristers and Solicitors, where he served as a Partner/Solicitor for a decade before joining Hale Legal in 2013 as a Director.
