Lisa Harrison

Lisa Harrison brings a unique combination of healthcare and legal expertise to her work, with 20 years’ experience as a nurse and midwife, holding qualifications in both nursing and midwifery, including a nursing degree from QUT. She has experience as a midwifery educator and served for nine years at the Queensland Nursing Council, focusing primarily on investigative work related to professional standards. Lisa graduated with honours in law from QUT in 2000 and completed a graduate diploma in legal practice with merit at ANU in 2003. After completing the practical legal training component with our firm, she was admitted as a solicitor in December 2003. Her main area of practice is wills and estates. Lisa is one of approximately 40 Queensland solicitors accredited by the Queensland Law Society in Succession Law, and she is the only accredited practitioner working between Brisbane’s CBD and the Sunshine Coast. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development in her field.
