Sarah van Dissel holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws and has completed the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She has extensive experience in criminal law, representing clients in all levels of court including Magistrates’, Youth and Children’s, District (County), and Supreme Courts. Sarah handles both summary and major indictable offences, providing robust defence across a wide range of criminal matters. In addition to her work in criminal law, Sarah also provides legal services in guardianship and administration cases, assisting parties involved in these often complex proceedings. She further extends her practice to insolvency matters, offering guidance and representation to clients navigating financial distress situations.
