Tracey Heath serves as the Principal at Heath Conveyancing, bringing a wealth of experience that stretches back to 1999 when she began her career as a conveyancing clerk at Lempriere Abbott McLeod. Earlier, Tracey honed her skills at Lindblom Lawyers, where she completed a Certificate 2 in Business Administration. In 2002, she joined PRS Conveyancing and quickly rose through various roles, culminating in the completion of her Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing) in 2007. With over 15 years of rich experience in the conveyancing and legal industry, Tracey has developed an extensive skill set, mastering areas such as contract preparation, residential conveyancing, matrimonial transfers, land divisions, community title divisions, private mortgage preparation, and form 1 preparation. Her expertise extends to attending settlements on behalf of banking institutions, showcasing her comprehensive understanding of the conveyancing process. Tracey is a Certified Practicing Conveyancer and an active member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. Beyond her professional commitments, she is dedicated to community and philanthropic activities, evidenced by her role as a Celebrate4ACure Fundraiser organiser for the Neurosurgical Research Foundation. She also plays a vital role as the treasurer and sponsor of The Salisbury Little Athletics Club.
