David holds a law and economics degree from Monash University. He initially honed his skills at a large accounting firm before moving on to an international commercial and litigation law firm in Melbourne. His extensive experience spans commercial litigation, insolvency issues, and disputes involving wills and trusts. He also has a strong background in property matters, including finance, securities, and conveyancing. David's diverse experience ranges from representing large corporate clients to small and medium enterprises, and he has successfully litigated in various courts including VCAT and the Magistrate’s, County, and Supreme Courts.
Since founding Hendersons Legal in 2001, David has remained actively involved in all client matters, which enables him to form deep connections and understand their unique needs.
