

Henry O'Brien is the Principal Solicitor with a broad and dynamic legal practice. Admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2019, Henry brings a wealth of expertise to his clientele, spanning conveyancing, wills and estates, property law, debt recovery, family law, commercial litigation, and criminal law. He has adeptly handled cases in personal injury and workers compensation, holding the distinction of being an IRO-approved lawyer. His dedication to promoting access to justice is evident in his representation of legally aided clients. Henry's commitment to legal excellence is complemented by his academic achievements. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of New South Wales and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney. Further enhancing his credentials, he completed a Certificate in Adjudication in accordance with the Building Industry Fairness Act in Queensland. His professional journey includes serving as an Associate Solicitor at Darlinghurst Lawyers, where he continues to provide valuable contributions in a hybrid working model. Prior to this role, Henry honed his legal acumen at Jane Button & Associates over nearly eight years. His leadership capabilities were also recognised during his tenure as the Young Lawyers Delegate for the Southern Tablelands Law Society. In addition to his extensive legal training, Henry possesses diverse experiences across various sectors, having worked as a personal banker, certified personal trainer, and bartender. These roles have enriched his understanding of client needs and enhanced his client-centric approach to legal practice.
