Since establishing Home of Visas in 2018, Fizah has driven the firm with a commitment to empathic client relations from its base in Perth. Her past roles have prepared her for this, including her tenure at Visa Solutions Australia, where she honed her skills as a Migration Agent, and at Interstaff International, where she served as a Client Liaison Officer. During her time at Interstaff International, Fizah adeptly managed client relations and supported both corporate and individual clients. Her responsibilities included managing complex cases, liaising with authorities such as the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, and ensuring the timely submission of applications. She achieved high client satisfaction by meeting rigorous business KPI standards, managing projects in sectors like oil and gas, and handling appeals at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Circuit Court.
