Shaun Mill

Shaun Mill is a Director and legal practitioner at Hooper & Mill Family Lawyers, bringing deep roots to the Redlands community where he grew up and completed his secondary education. Shaun’s longstanding commitment to family law began during his undergraduate studies at Queensland University of Technology, where he earned both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Justice. While still completing his degree, he commenced work with the firm, gaining valuable practical experience. Since then, Shaun has focused exclusively on family law, completing a Master of Applied Law with a focus on family law to further enhance his expertise. He is admitted as a solicitor in Queensland and to the High Court of Australia, demonstrating his comprehensive legal qualifications. Shaun joined the firm’s partnership as a Director in 2022, giving his name to the firm in its current iteration. Across his career, Shaun has developed extensive experience handling all aspects of family law, including complex property settlements and parenting disputes. He maintains active membership in professional bodies such as the Queensland Law Society, the Family Law Practitioners Association, and the Law Council of Australia’s Family Law Section, reflecting his ongoing engagement with developments in his field.
