Seth is the Director and Principal Lawyer at Howell Legal, bringing a diverse background that combines legal expertise with tertiary qualifications in psychology and disability studies. Before dedicating his practice to Wills and Estates, Seth gained extensive experience across several areas of law, including Human Rights, Guardianship and Administration, Family Law, Property Law, Commercial Law, and Litigation and Dispute Resolution. This broad foundation allows him to provide well-rounded legal advice tailored to his clients’ needs. Seth places great importance on building trusting and professional relationships with his clients, focusing on empowering them to make informed decisions that protect their interests.
