Breanna Turley is a lawyer practising at Hozack Clisdell, bringing a well-rounded legal expertise complemented by a background in psychology. She grew up locally before completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (Psychology) at the University of Canberra. Following roles as a tax and advisory consultant in Canberra and Brisbane, Breanna returned to Milton in 2019 and has been a practising Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales since 2020. Breanna has comprehensive experience in estate planning and administration. Her work includes preparing wills, powers of attorney, and appointments of enduring guardians, as well as conducting self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) reviews. She is also well-versed in obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, handling contested wills, and applications for statutory wills. In addition to estate matters, Breanna provides assistance with various commercial transactions, including the purchase and sale of businesses, retail leasing, and a range of property-related dealings. Committed to professional growth, Breanna is currently undertaking a Master of Applied Laws with a major in Wills and Estates, aiming to complete her studies in 2024 to enhance her expertise further in this field. Outside of her legal career, Breanna enjoys family life and time with her two young children.
