Michael played a pivotal role in establishing the workplace relations departments at Lander & Rogers and the Melbourne office of Harmers Workplace Lawyers before founding HR+WorkLaw. His extensive experience includes handling countless workplace issues for a diverse clientele, including companies, businesses, organisations, and senior individuals.
