Michael Butler, the Principal and Founder of HR+WorkLaw, combines extensive experience in legal, industrial relations, and human resources with a practical, commercial approach to workplace issues. Having honed his skills at national law firms including Freehills, he further developed his expertise in advocacy and training at VECCI. Michael played a pivotal role in establishing the workplace relations departments at Lander & Rogers and the Melbourne office of Harmers Workplace Lawyers before founding HR+WorkLaw. At HR+WorkLaw, Michael is your dedicated legal partner from start to finish, ensuring personalised service through each stage of your legal journey. His extensive experience includes handling countless workplace issues for a diverse clientele, including companies, businesses, organisations, and senior individuals. Known for his commitment to achieving favourable outcomes, Michael values the enduring relationships he builds with clients, fostering a rewarding and collaborative working environment. Michael is also an active presenter and chair at seminars addressing various workplace law topics.
