Richard Hundt is a distinguished Principal Lawyer with extensive experience in advising government, private, not-for-profit, and high net worth clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. He possesses particular expertise in issues relating to the charities and not-for-profits sector. Admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland, Richard is committed to delivering insightful and strategic legal solutions. In addition to leading Hundt Law, Richard plays a vital role as the Deputy Chair of the Queensland Law Society’s Not-for-profit Law Committee. He is also actively engaged as a member of both the Institute of Community Directors and the ACNC Professional Adviser Forum. His dedication to the community extends to his involvement with Queensland Shelter's management committee, a leading body for social housing and homelessness advocacy in Queensland. Richard’s career trajectory includes serving as a Senior Associate at Thomson Geer and McCullough Robertson, where he honed his expertise in commercial law.
