Ian McCubbin

Ian McCubbin is the principal of the firm, bringing decades of legal expertise to his clients. He completed a double degree in Economics and Law from Monash University in 1975 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1976. Ian honed his skills with two venerable legal firms in Melbourne before joining a prominent firm in Greensborough. In 1979, Ian embarked on establishing his own practice in Diamond Creek, where he has developed a robust practice. His areas of focus include conveyancing, property law and leases, business law, probate and deceased estates, as well as Wills and powers of attorney.
