Anne O'Donoghue

Anne O'Donoghue is a distinguished director and principal lawyer at Immigration Solutions Lawyers, with a remarkable career in immigration law spanning over 29 years. Recognised as one of Australia's leading immigration law experts, Anne's contributions extend internationally in both Immigration and Human Rights Law. Admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1981, New South Wales in 1987, and the High Court of Australia in 1982, her legal expertise is profound and well-acknowledged. Anne's career is marked by her foundational role in the Migration Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia, where she served as the inaugural vice president.
