Daniel Rathner

Daniel Rathner serves as a Director at Rathner Lawyers, where he excels in providing comprehensible and actionable legal advice. Since January 2020, Daniel has led at Rathner Lawyers and Indicated Legal, specialising in finance arrangements including Investor Heads of Agreements, Information Memorandums, and Corporations Act compliance. He is adept at handling commercial contracts such as supply and distribution agreements, and employment and contractor arrangements. Daniel's expertise extends to company and trust structuring, internal stakeholder agreements, and corporate governance. He is experienced in GMP, GACP, and TGA matters, as well as preparing and managing ODC licence and permit applications.
