Her diverse client base, which includes ASX-listed companies, multinationals, SMEs, and high net worth individuals, testifies to her ability to forge enduring commercial relationships. Mary employs a distinctive client-focused approach, which has led her to spearhead significant commercial litigation and dispute resolution cases involving shareholder, joint venture, property, trade, and regulatory matters. Before establishing Indigo Associates, she was the Head of Litigation and Insolvency at the international firm DWF, where she also contributed to the Executive and Strategic Boards. Her previous roles include key positions at Hunt & Hunt and Rigby Cooke. Mary's commitment to a sustainable legal practice culture, where client partnership is paramount and legal professionals can excel, was the impetus behind founding Indigo Associates. Her dedication to the legal profession is further exemplified by her recent appointment as a Non-Executive Director at Meracare, an aged care provider. Educationally, Mary holds an LLB and BA from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Dispute Resolution from the University of Melbourne, underscoring her comprehensive legal foundation.
